Tracking every morsel, still no losses!
So for the past 2 weeks I’ve pulled out my old Weight Watchers info. I’ve followed the program so many times it’s a waste of money to go to the meetings. But I’ve got it down. I’m writing down EVERYTHING I eat, measuring my portions and finding healthier alternatives to my usual go-to foods. So what gives?! I haven’t lost and ounce!! I’m drinking tons of water, veggies, lo-cal crap, running….urgh!!! What else can I DO?! Really.
My clothes are at max capacity, I feel icky, and I’m not about to go out and go up a size, no friggin way. Just have to stick it out I guess and hope for the best. Maybe I should stop weighing myself everyday. Keep writing down all my food of course, just stop the morning bad news for a while. I need some support. I’ve maintained the same weight for a month, not losing any of my christmas weight and now it’s already February. Help!
Make sure you are above at least 1200 cal.

You may want to rest on the cardio and work on weights, muscle will burn more calories. Also when you weigh yourself be sure it is at the same time, with the same variables every day. Like always “after bathroom, before breakfast, wearing the purple flannel nightgown”. If you don’t weigh yourself every day, try it for a week or so. Yo might be fluxing back and forth. Try to remember what you did to go up and down.
You are also pretty close to your goal weight, so your body isn’t as desperate to drop weight as those of us who are like 50lbs too heavy!
Best of luck, hope some of this works for ya!

Hmmmmm… I looked at your profile. Not much there to go on. Don’t know what kind of exercising you are doing. How much time do you spend running? What is your calorie limit for your height and present weight?
Bottom line, you have to expend more energy in daily activity and exercise than you take in calories.
You don’t have much weight to lose, and those last pounds can be sooooooo stubborn.
Whatever you do, DON’T GIVE UP! EVER!
Hugggggggggggggs,
